These Terms of Service govern your use of rovoltofficial.com and purchases made from Rovolt.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. United States Sales

Our store is intended for customers with delivery addresses in the United States.

Delivery availability for remote areas, U.S. territories, military addresses, and PO boxes is determined during checkout or order processing.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, colors, photographs, compatibility information, and prices accurately.

Actual colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, screens, production batches, and vehicle configuration. Minor visual differences that do not materially affect functionality are not necessarily defects.

You are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, voltage requirements, compatibility information, included components, installation requirements, and local legal requirements before ordering or installing a product.

We may modify or discontinue products without prior notice. Such changes do not affect orders that have already formed a binding contract unless agreed with the customer.

4. Vehicle Products and Installation

Certain Rovolt products are intended for vehicle, automotive, off-road, emergency, work-lighting, or recreational applications.

Laws concerning vehicle lighting, colors, brightness, placement, flashing functions, wiring, and use on public roads differ between states and local jurisdictions. You are responsible for determining whether installation and use are lawful in your location.

Products described as suitable for off-road, work-site, show, or private-property use must not be used on public roads where prohibited.

Installation should be completed according to the supplied instructions and, where appropriate, by a qualified professional. Disconnect the vehicle’s power supply before electrical installation and use suitable fuses, connectors, wiring, and mounting points.

Rovolt is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible electrical systems, unlawful use, misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow product instructions.

This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order-confirmation email confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. We may review the order for availability, pricing errors, payment authorization, address validity, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.

A binding contract is formed when we accept the order by dispatching the product or expressly confirming acceptance.

We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the relevant amount will be refunded.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.

Applicable sales taxes, import charges, or other charges may be calculated during checkout or imposed by the relevant authority or carrier. Customers are responsible for charges that are clearly disclosed as not included in the purchase price.

Payment must be made through one of the payment methods offered during checkout. Payment services may be provided by independent third-party payment processors and are subject to their terms and privacy practices.

We may correct obvious pricing, description, or calculation errors. If an error affects an order already submitted, we will contact you and provide the option to confirm the corrected order or receive a cancellation and refund.

7. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship within the advertised time, we will notify you and provide the options required under applicable law.

8. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Warranties

Any limited product warranty expressly stated on a product page applies in addition to the rights described in our return policy.

A warranty does not cover ordinary wear, cosmetic damage, accidents, incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, incompatible electrical systems, unauthorized repairs, product modifications, or use contrary to instructions.

Except for express warranties and mandatory legal rights, products and services are provided to the fullest extent permitted by law without additional implied warranties.

10. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, technical, or operational reasons.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue website functions where reasonably necessary.

11. Reviews and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, image, video, comment, or other content to Rovolt, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe the rights of another person.

You grant Rovolt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, adapt, and use that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or unrelated to the product or service.

12. Intellectual Property

The Rovolt name, website design, product images, text, graphics, logos, videos, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Rovolt and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, scrape, or modify store content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

13. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the website to:

• Violate any law or regulation;

• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;

• Submit false, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading information;

• Place fraudulent orders or misuse payment or refund systems.

Rovolt is liable without limitation for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and liability that cannot legally be excluded.

In cases of ordinary negligence involving an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

Mandatory product-liability rules and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rovolt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Rovolt for reasonable losses, liabilities, and costs resulting from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights, fraudulent conduct, or material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not apply to losses caused by Rovolt or where indemnification would be prohibited by applicable consumer law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and contractual relationships with Rovolt are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their state or country of habitual residence.

Where legally permitted, the place of jurisdiction is Bielefeld, Germany. Mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. The invalid provision will be replaced or limited only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future use of the website and future purchases. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
