WHAT DOES THE TRAILSYNC PRO KIT DO?+
It provides wireless rear trailer lighting with tail, brake, turn, license-plate-light and reflector functions. The in-cab receiver also shows real-time operating and connection status.
WILL THE MAGNETS ATTACH TO MY TRAILER?+
The bases require a clean, flat ferromagnetic steel surface. They will not attach correctly to aluminum, fiberglass, plastic or many stainless-steel panels. Test your mounting area with a magnet before ordering.
WHICH VEHICLE CONNECTOR DO I NEED?+
Connector compatibility must match your vehicle and the exact kit variant. Review the product selector and connector photos before purchasing. If you are unsure, send support a clear photo of your vehicle's towing connector.
HOW LONG DO THE LIGHTS RUN?+
The manufacturer lists up to 15 hours in tail-light mode from the 2200 mAh rechargeable battery. Runtime varies by selected lighting functions, temperature, battery age and usage.
HOW LONG DOES CHARGING TAKE?+
Published charging time is approximately 2.5 hours using the specified 5V DC / 1000 mA Type-C charging input. Charge fully and test both units before a trip.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A LIGHT LOSES CONNECTION?+
The receiver is designed to flash and sound an alert if a paired unit disconnects or the signal is lost. Stop safely and inspect the system before continuing.
IS THE KIT WATERPROOF?+
The light housing is rated IP65 for resistance to dust and water jets. It is not designed for submersion. Keep charging ports sealed during use and keep chargers and cab components dry.
CAN I LEAVE THE LIGHTS MOUNTED AT HIGHWAY SPEED?+
Use the system only when the mounting surface, magnetic hold and installation are appropriate for your vehicle, speed and conditions. Inspect before every trip and use an approved secondary retention method if required by the manufacturer or local rules.
DOES THIS REPLACE LEGAL INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS?+
No. Towing-light, reflector, license-plate and securement requirements vary by location and vehicle. The driver is responsible for correct placement, visibility, function and legal compliance. Consult a qualified installer when uncertain.
